For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. If, a new customer, this will give you time to fill out our client intake form then unwind before your service begins.

Unfortunately arriving late will limit your time for treatment. Your service will end at its scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. However, the full value of your treatment will be charged.

Cancelling or rescheduling appointments must be done in 24 hours before your scheduled service in order to avoid being charged the full service amount. When using gift certificates, it is considered same as cash and will not be redeemable if you do not call or show up.

Although we do not automatically charge 18% gratuity, it is courteous and encouraged to tip your therapist. When scheduling a pamper party, a $200 non-refundable deposit is charged to book the party.

Come as you are. We have an old soaking tub and shower in case you want to freshen up before or after your treatment and robes are provided. During your session, you can be completely nude or wear underwear if that makes you feel comfortable. You will be covered under the warmed sheets and blankets while your therapist massages a part of your body at a time. Before we enter the dimly lit treatment room, you will disrobe and take off all jewelry, watches, hats, wigs and toupees! Be your organic natural self! Breathe in, Breathe out and let your therapist do the rest.

We ask that you silence your cell phones and not use them. This is your time away from the busy world. Dedicate your time of relaxation to only you.

We are not responsible for left or lost items. Please put them away in a safe place where you can find them again.

Purchasing gift cards at a discounted price expires 6 months after the purchase date. Gift cards purchased at regular prices expire a year after the purchase date. Once a gift card expires, they are no longer redeemable. When redeeming a gift card, please make sure you bring it with you on the day of your service; otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
